Shipping and payment
Once you have placed an order we will contact you to pickup and settle the payment at our office.
For products that we do not currently have in stock, we will order for you and you may be required to make a deposit. Under normal circumstances, ordered goods can be collected within 5 working days.
We provide free delivery within main districts of Vientiane Capital for any purchase more than 1,000,000 Kip. Payment can be made at the time when goods is delivered.
We also can arrange shipping of goods to other provinces of Laos, however shipping cost shall be bourne by customers.
Unfortunately, we do not sell products which require to be delivered outside of Laos.
